What is Gold School?
Gold School is an exclusive virtual training packed with fresh, exciting content to help you rank advance to Ruby! Plus, you’ll get the inside scoop and expert advice from some of the top leaders in the field.
This high-energy training is designed to equip Gold and Senior Gold Brand Ambassadors with the mindset and skills needed to advance to Ruby. Topics include:
- Becoming a Plus One Master and Teacher.
- Leveraging the Compensation Plan to Achieve Ruby.
- Specific Steps of How to Rank Advance to Ruby.
- The Power of Consistency.
- Using Metrics to Measure Your Progress.
- Essential Leadership Tools.
Note: Topics are subject to change.
As a special bonus, Gold School achievers will receive an exclusive invite to the Gold Party at Convention – an event you won’t want to miss! All Brand Ambassadors are responsible for their own airfare, transportation, and hotel expenses.

How can I qualify for Gold School?
We’re beyond excited to announce that Gold School is now open to all Gold Brand Ambassadors and above! And guess what? It’s now virtual, so you can join no matter where you are.
For all newly qualified Gold and Senior Gold Ambassadors, we’ll be recognizing your achievements at Gold School and sending you a special gift. Be sure to read below about the qualifications, as this will also be your ticket to the Gold Party at Convention!
Gold School Qualifications for recognition, swag, and Gold Party:
- You are a newly qualified Gold Brand Ambassador during the qualification period of June 2024 – May 2025.
- You are a newly qualified Senior Gold Brand Ambassador during the qualification period of June 2024 – May 2025.
- You are the Level 1 sponsor of a newly qualified Gold or Sr. Gold Brand Ambassador during the qualification period of June 2024 – May 2025.
In addition to meeting the criteria outline above, you must also be commission qualified:
- Current paid annual membership (PAM).
- Have at least 100 PV each month.
When is Gold School?
Gold School events are held quarterly either virtually or in-person.
Future Gold School Events (dates and locations subject to change):
- Convention 2025 (in-person)
- August TBD 2025 (virtual)
- November TBD 2025 (virtual)
When you register, you are registering for a specific event date. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your registration (see “How do I cancel my registration?” below for details).
How do I register for Gold School?
When you qualify for Gold School, you will receive an invitation via email that contains a link to register for the event. Please note that the invitation email is separate from the Rank Advancement email.
Use the link provided in the invitation email to register for the event.
Please note: When you register, you are registering for a specific event date. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your registration (see “How do I cancel my registration?” below for details).
How do I register for Gold School at Convention?
As a Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador, attending the Get Loud Convention 2025 automatically grants you access to Gold School at Convention, as it is one of the breakout sessions – no separate registration is required. If you’ve previously attended Gold School, whether in-person or virtually, you’re still eligible to join the in-person session at Convention.
Please note you must attend Convention in order participate in Gold School at Convention.
How do I cancel my registration?
If you are no longer able to attend the specific Gold School event you registered for, you must cancel by the cancellation deadline listed on the registration site.
To cancel your registration:
- Log back into your registration using your email address and registration confirmation number
- Select the “Unregister” button to complete the cancellation process
Failure to cancel by the deadline may result in the forfeiture of your Gold School invitation.
How do I attend Gold Party at Convention?
Achievers of Gold School (June 2024-May 2025) will receive an exclusive invitation to Gold Party. This is an exciting celebration held at Convention! Even better, if you are a Gold or Senior Gold achiever, you’ll be able to bring one guest to join in on the fun. L1 Sponsor achievers of the Gold Party will not be eligible to bring a guest.
Please note that if an exception was made for you to attend a Gold School (meaning you did not officially qualify based on the criteria above and you were still invited to attend Gold School), this does not guarantee an invite to Gold Party at Convention.
It is not necessary to attend Gold School to attend Gold Party. Gold Party is only offered to those who have achieved Gold School within the year leading up to Convention. For more information, see “Gold School and Gold Party FAQs” below.

| What is the registration fee to attend? | There is no registration fee. Please note, only registered invitees can attend the Gold School event program. |
| Is this training offered in Spanish or French? | This event will be available in English only. If Spanish translation is needed, please note that on your registration. Translation is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate those needs. |
| When does registration close? | Registration will remain open until the event attendance reaches the maximum number of attendees. Once registration is full, you can request to be put on a waitlist, and should a spot open, we will notify you via email. |
| How many days of actual training will there be? | Training is scheduled for three hours |
| Am I able to receive cash instead of attending the event? | No, there will be no cash payout. |
| Are we allowed to bring guests to the training program? | No. Only registered invitees who have met the qualifications can attend the Gold School program events. In addition, guests are not allowed to attend any of the event meals or receptions. |

You can attend the next Gold School event. You have 12 months from your original invitation to attend Gold School. *Please note: If you are unable to attend the current training, please make plans on joining us for future training. I achieved Gold School and received my invitation email. Can I go to any Gold School event? |
Achievers of Gold School have 12 months from the time they receive their initial invitation email to attend a Gold School event. When you receive your invitation email with the registration link, please note you are registering for a specific event/date. If you cannot attend that specific Gold School, another invitation email will be sent to you when the next Gold School event registration opens. If you register for Gold School, but cannot attend, you need to cancel by the cancellation deadline listed on the registration site. See “How do I cancel my registration” above for further details. |

If I attend a virtual Gold School, can I still attend an in-person Gold School event? |
Yes, you may attend a virtual Gold School and still attend an in-person Gold School event. For 2025, the only in-person Gold School will be at Convention in Dallas, Texas. |

Yes, if there is space available. Gold School invitation emails are scheduled to go out to trending achievers at the beginning of each month. |

Situation: I worked with someone who achieved Gold, but they are not my Level 1 (e.g., They were my Level 2). Can I go to Gold School? |

Official Rules
Exclusions and Exceptions
No exceptions will be made for this event outside the specified timeframes and dates. This event is for any qualified Gold and Senior Gold Brand Ambassadors from June 1, 2024, and any existing Gold or above Brand Ambassadors who personally develop a new Level 1 Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador from June 1, 2024.
Rules and Regulations
This Event rewards your activity as a qualified Gold and Senior Gold Ambassador from June 1, 2024, or for personal development of a qualified Level 1 Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador from June 1, 2024. Both the sponsor and achiever must be commission qualified (current paid annual membership (PAM) and have at least 100 PV each month). Chance plays no part in determining the results.

Any Brand Ambassador who qualifies for Gold School and is non-compliant with the Plexus® policies and procedures will be unable to attend the event.
Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide® and can be conducted at any time. Any returns, refunds, and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this event.
The Gold School Event is subject to these Rules and the Company’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the event.
