What is Gold School?
Gold School is an exclusive virtual training packed with fresh, exciting content to help you rank advance to Ruby! Plus, you’ll get the inside scoop and expert advice from some of the top leaders in the field.
This high-energy training is designed to equip Gold and Senior Gold Brand Ambassadors with the mindset and skills needed to advance to Ruby. Topics include:
- Icon and Duplication
- Leveraging the Compensation Plan to Achieve Ruby.
- Specific Steps of How to Rank Advance to Ruby.
- The Power of Consistency.
- Using Metrics to Measure Your Progress.
- Essential Leadership Tools.

How can I qualify for Gold School?
We’re beyond excited to announce that Gold School is now open to all Gold Brand Ambassadors and above! And guess what? It’s now virtual, so you can join no matter where you are.
For first-time Gold and Senior Gold qualifiers we’ll be recognizing your achievements at Gold School and sending you a special gift. Be sure to read below about the qualifications.
Gold School Qualifications for recognition, and swag:
- You are a newly qualified Gold Brand Ambassador during the qualification period of May 2025 – May 2026.
- You are a newly qualified Senior Gold Brand Ambassador during the qualification period of May 2025 – May2026.
- You are the Level 1 sponsor of a newly qualified Gold or Sr. Gold Brand Ambassador during the qualification period of May 2025 – May 2026.
In addition to meeting the criteria outline above, you must also be commission qualified:
- Current paid annual membership (PAM).
- Have at least 100 PV each month.

When you register, you are registering for a specific event date.
How do I register for Gold School?
When you qualify for Gold School, you will receive an invitation via email that contains a link to register for the event. Please note that the invitation email is separate from the Rank Advancement email.

FAQs for Gold School

| What is the registration fee to attend? | There is no registration fee. Please note, only registered invitees can attend the Gold School event program. |
| Is this training offered in Spanish or French? | This event will be available in English only. If Spanish translation is needed, please note that on your registration. Translation is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate those needs. |
| When does registration close? | Registration will remain open until the event attendance reaches the maximum number of attendees. Once registration is full, you can request to be put on a waitlist, and should a spot open, we will notify you via email. |
| How many days of actual training will there be? | Training is scheduled for three hours |
| Am I able to receive cash instead of attending the event? | No, there will be no cash payout. |
| Are we allowed to bring guests to the training program? | No. Only registered invitees who have met the qualifications can attend the Gold School program events. In addition, guests are not allowed to attend any of the event meals or receptions. |

| Can I transfer my registration to another individual if I can no longer attend? | To cancel your registration you must log back into your registration using your email and registration confirmation number. Once you are logged in select the "Unregister" button to complete the cancellation. |
| What if I cannot attend the Gold School event for which I qualified? |
You can attend the next Gold School event. You have 12 months from your original invitation to attend Gold School. *Please note: If you are unable to attend the current training, please make plans on joining us for future training. Communication will be sent out when the next event's registration is open and available |
| I achieved Gold School and received my invitation email. Can I go to any Gold School event? |
Achievers of Gold School have 12 months from the time they receive their initial invitation email to attend a Gold School event. When you receive your invitation email with the registration link, please note you are registering for a specific event/date. If you cannot attend that specific Gold School, another invitation email will be sent to you when the next Gold School event registration opens. If you register for Gold School, but cannot attend, you need to cancel by the cancellation deadline listed on the registration site. See “How do I cancel my registration” above for further details. |
| If I attend a virtual Gold School, can I still attend an in-person Gold School event? | Yes, you may attend a virtual Gold School and still attend an in-person Gold School event. For 2025, the only in-person Gold School will be at Convention in Dallas, Texas. |

Yes. You will receive a new invitation to Gold School when you:

| Situation: I achieved in February 2025 with 100 points, but then dropped to 75 points in March 2025. Can I still attend Gold School? | Yes. Since the Brand Ambassador achieved Gold School in February, they would receive an invite to Gold School, regardless of points dropping the following month. |

Situation: I know I earned 100 points in June 2025 and ranked up to Gold, but I will not get my rank-up email until the middle of July 2025, which is when there is a Gold School event. I want to attend the July Gold School, but I will not get my invitation in time. Can I go to July Gold School? |
Yes, if there is space available. Gold School invitation emails are scheduled to go out to trending achievers at the beginning of each month. |

Situation: I worked with someone who achieved Gold, but they are not my Level 1 (e.g., They were my Level 2). Can I go to Gold School? |
No, only those who personally developed a Level 1 Gold or Senior Gold may attend. |
| Situation: I developed a Level 1 Gold, but I am a Sr. Silver. Can I attend Gold School? | No. The sponsor must be a Gold Brand Ambassador or above to be invited. |
| If I have a re-entry account that achieves Gold School, will I be invited? |
Yes. You will receive an invitation to Gold School when you:

| I developed a Gold or Senior Gold, but it is under my spouse’s account. Can I attend Gold School as a sponsor? |
Any Jewel Brand Ambassador that has developed a Gold or Senior Gold under their spouse’s account can attend Gold School. Please Note: This exception only applies to Jewel Brand Ambassadors. |
Official Rules
Exclusions and Exceptions
No exceptions will be made for this event outside the specified timeframes and dates. This event is for any qualified Gold and Senior Gold Brand Ambassadors from June 1, 2024, and any existing Gold or above Brand Ambassadors who personally develop a new Level 1 Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador from June 1, 2024.
Rules and Regulations
This Event rewards your activity as a qualified Gold and Senior Gold Ambassador from June 1, 2024, or for personal development of a qualified Level 1 Gold or Senior Gold Brand Ambassador from June 1, 2024. Both the sponsor and achiever must be commission qualified (current paid annual membership (PAM) and have at least 100 PV each month). Chance plays no part in determining the results.

Any Brand Ambassador who qualifies for Gold School and is non-compliant with the Plexus® policies and procedures will be unable to attend the event.
Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide® and can be conducted at any time. Any returns, refunds, and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this event.
The Gold School Event is subject to these Rules and the Company’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the event.
