What is Rubies on the Rise?

Rubies on the Rise is an exclusive, all-day training event held twice a year in Phoenix, AZ for newly qualified Ruby and Senior Ruby Brand Ambassadors, as well as current Senior Rubies who have grown by 200+ points since January 2024 and are holding Senior Ruby paid as rank.

The Rubies on the Rise content is developed and facilitated collaboratively by corporate and Brand Ambassadors.

The training is designed to equip Ruby and Senior Ruby Brand Ambassadors with the mindset and skillset to advance to Emerald. Topics include:

Leadership
Overcoming mental traps
Building unique leader legs
Daily action to advance your business
Introduction to coaching
Being strategic with social media
YES for Success
Mapping your path to Emerald

How can I qualify for Rubies on the Rise?

You may qualify to attend a Rubies on the Rise event if you have achieved at least one of the following criteria:

You are a newly qualified Ruby Brand Ambassador since January 2024
You are a newly qualified Senior Ruby Brand Ambassador since January 2024
You are a current Senior Ruby Brand Ambassador who has grown by 200+ points since January 2024 and holding Senior Ruby paid as rank

Additionally, all those who qualify to attend a Rubies on the Rise event based on the criteria above must also be commission qualified:

Current paid annual membership (PAM)
Have at least 100 PV each month

When you qualify for Rubies on the Rise, you will receive an invitation via email that contains a link to register for the event. Please note that the invitation email is separate from the Rank Advancement email.

When is Rubies on the Rise?

Rubies on the Rise is held twice a year. Each event includes:

Day 1: An arrival day (it is suggested to arrive in AZ no later than 1:00 PM MST to attend evening activities)
Day 2: A full-day of training
Day 3: A departure day (any departure time)

Next Rubies on the Rise Event:

October 10-12, 2024 (must have achieved the event and registered no later than September 18, 2024)

Future Rubies on the Rise Events (dates subject to change):

Rubies on the Rise dates are expected to be announced by end of September 2024.

All Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for their own airfare and transportation to and from the event. Plexus will cover the cost of the hotel room for 2 nights (night of Day 1 and night of Day 2). Additionally, Plexus will provide light appetizers on Day 1, and Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner on Day 2.

When you register, you are registering for a specific event date. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your registration (see “How do I cancel my registration?” below for details).

If you are unable to attend the next upcoming Rubies on the Rise event, you will be able to register for the following event, up to 18 months from your initial invitation.

How do I register for Rubies on the Rise?

Use the link provided in the invitation email to register for the event. You may also access the registration link from the Events page on the Plexus website, as well as Plexus GO app.

During the registration process, each Brand Ambassador must provide their booked flight confirmation to confirm attendance.

Please note: When you register, you are registering for a specific event date. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your registration (see “How do I cancel my registration?” below for details).

How do I cancel my registration?

If you are no longer able to attend the specific Rubies on the Rise event you registered for, you must cancel by the cancellation deadline listed on the registration site.

To cancel your registration:

Log back in to your registration using your email address and registration confirmation number
Select the “Unregister” button to complete the cancellation process
Email trainingevents@plexusworldwide.com if you do not see the unregister/cancel button

Failure to cancel by the deadline may result in a one-night charge (plus taxes and fees) being deducted from your commission check.

Registration/Cancellation	I achieved Rubies on the Rise and received my invitation email. Can I go to any Rubies on the Rise event?	Achievers of Rubies on the Rise have 18 months from the time they receive their initial invitation email to attend a Rubies on the Rise event. When you receive your invitation email with the registration link, please note you are registering for a specific event/date. If you cannot attend that specific Rubies on the Rise, another invitation email will be sent to you when the next Rubies on the Rise event registration opens. If you register for Rubies on the Rise, but cannot attend, you need to cancel by the cancellation deadline listed on the registration site. See “How do I cancel my registration” above for further details.
I Can No Longer Attend	I registered for a specific event, but I can no longer attend. What should I do?	It is important that you cancel your registration since we are reserving a spot for you. You can do this by navigating back to the Rubies on the Rise registration site and login using your email and confirmation number. From there, you can cancel. Please cancel before the deadline (See registration site)
No Call No Show	If I registered for Rubies on the Rise and do not show up (and I didn’t cancel by the deadline), what happens?	Failure to cancel by the deadline may result in a one-night charge (plus taxes and fees) being deducted from your commission. Additionally, you may forfeit your spot to attend future Rubies on the Rise events. Furthermore, you will be placed on a waiting list for future events, and an invitation will only be extended one month prior to the next event if there is space.
Attend the event for a second time	Can a Brand Ambassador attend the event for a second time, given that they meet all the requirements?	No, they may only attend once. However, Diamonds may attend again if their re-entry account satisfies qualifications.
Qualifications (Sponsors Attending)	I personally developed a Level 1 Ruby or Senior Ruby. Can I go to Rubies on the Rise?	No. Unlike Gold School, sponsors are not invited to attend Rubies on the Rise.
Qualifications (Senior Ruby 200+ Point Increase)	Situation: I was a Senior Ruby prior to 2022. At the end of December 2023, I had 600 points. In March 2024 (or any time after January 1, 2024), I increased my points and achieved 800 points. Can I go to Rubies on the Rise?	Yes. Brand Ambassadors who ranked up to Senior Ruby prior to 2022 may attend Rubies on the Rise only if both of the following criteria are satisfied: They increased their points by 200+ from January 1, 2024, AND They are holding Senior Ruby pay rank by the month of the 200+ increase Since both criteria are satisfied, the Brand Ambassador may attend Rubies on the Rise.
Qualifications (Senior Ruby 200+ Point Increase)	Situation: I was a Senior Ruby prior to 2022. At the end of December 2023, I had 600 points. In March 2024 (or any time after January 1, 2024), I increased my points and achieved 800 points. Then, in April 2024, my points increased to 1500 points, ranking up to Emerald and earning Leadership Excellence. Can I go to Rubies on the Rise?	Yes. Brand Ambassadors who ranked up to Senior Ruby prior to 2022 may attend Rubies on the Rise only if both of the following criteria are satisfied: They increased their points by 200+ from January 1, 2024, AND They are holding Senior Ruby pay rank by the month of the 200+ increase Since the Brand Ambassador satisfied both criteria in March, they would receive an invite to Rubies on the Rise, regardless of points dropping the following month.
Qualifications (Senior Ruby 200+ Point Increase)	Situation: I was a Senior Ruby prior to 2022. At the end of December 2023, I had 600 points. In March 2024 (or any time after January 1, 2024), I increased my points and achieved 800 points. Then, in April 2024, my points increased to 1500 points, ranking up to Emerald and earning Leadership Excellence. Can I go to Rubies on the Rise?	Yes. Brand Ambassadors who ranked up to Senior Ruby prior to 2022 may attend Rubies on the Rise only if both of the following criteria are satisfied: They increased their points by 200+ from January 1, 2024, AND They are holding Senior Ruby pay rank by the month of the 200+ increase Since the Brand Ambassador satisfied both criteria in March, they would receive an invite to Rubies on the Rise. They also will receive an invitation to Leadership Excellence due to achieving the rank of Emerald. Please Note: Rubies on the Rise must be attended before Leadership Excellence.
Qualifications (Re-entry Accounts)	If I have a re-entry account that achieves Rubies on the Rise, will I be invited?	Yes. You will receive an invitation to Rubies on the Rise when your re-entry account qualifies according to the criteria above.
Qualifications (Attending in Place of Spouse)	My spouse achieved Rubies on the Rise. Can I attend Rubies on the Rise in their place?	No. Only those who achieved Rubies on the Rise may attend the event.
Extending Your Stay	I want to extend my stay by adding days either before or after the event. How can I do that?	Once you successfully register for the event, Plexus will reserve hotel rooms for event nights only. If you wish to add nights to your stay, it is the Brand Ambassador’s responsibility to contact the hotel directly and request the additional days to be added, at the expense of the Brand Ambassador.
Driving to Event	I am registering for Rubies on the Rise and it is asking for flight information; however, I am driving to the event. What should I do?	Flight information is collected to secure and confirm your attendance for Rubies on the Rise. If you are planning to drive to the event, there will be an option on the registration site to select

Exclusions and Exceptions

No exceptions will be made for this event outside the specified timeframes and dates. This event is for any new Ruby Brand Ambassadors.

Rules and Regulations

This event rewards your activity as a newly qualified Ruby or Senior Ruby Brand Ambassador or a Senior Ruby who has grown by 200+ points since January 1, 2024, All achievers must be commission qualified (current paid annual membership (PAM) and have at least 100 PV each month). Chance plays no part in determining the results.

Any Brand Ambassador who qualifies for Rubies on the Rise and is non-compliant with the Plexus® policies and procedures will be unable to attend the event.
Random audits are at the discretion of Plexus Worldwide® and can be conducted at any time. Any returns, refunds, and declined eCheck payments will count against the Brand Ambassador qualifying for this event.
The Rubies on the Rise event is subject to these Rules and the Company’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the event.
