What is Leadership Excellence?

Leadership Excellence was designed specifically for Jewel Brand Ambassadors looking for ways to take their business to new heights through targeted training.
This exclusive, invite-only event equips attendees with the skills they need to find new success as leaders and business builders. This multi-day training provides ALL the strategies you need for personal growth, coaching your team, and building a strong culture – all so that you can create measurable results that actually help you reach your goals.
This event is collaboratively developed and facilitated with corporate leaders and some of the top Diamond Brand Ambassadors in our field to create an immersive training experience. Attendees will leave with a renewed energy for their business and tools to foster growth within their team.

How do I qualify for Leadership Excellence?
You may qualify to attend a Leadership Excellence event if you have achieved at least one of the following criteria:
- You are a newly qualified Emerald Brand Ambassador
- You are a Jewel Brand Ambassador who has not attended Leadership Excellence or any previous variation of Leadership Excellence (i.e., Jewels of Excellence, Leaders of Excellence 1.0/2.0)
Beginning February 2023, past attendees of Leadership Excellence (or former iterations such as Jewels of Excellence/Leaders of Excellence 1.0 or 2.0) may be able to attend Leadership Excellence again for a fee of $350. This fee includes items for the event such as training materials, swag, and meals. This option will not be available until registration for NEW qualifiers has been open for 30 days.
- Repeat attendees will need to secure hotel accommodations in addition to flight to/from the event.
- Repeat attendees may NOT share a room with a Brand Ambassador who is attending for the first- time (i.e., room is covered by Plexus). This is to allow the first time attendee to enjoy the full experience of Leadership Excellence.
Additionally, all those who qualify to attend a Leadership Excellence event based on the criteria above must also be commission qualified:
- Current paid annual membership (PAM)
- Have at least 100 PV each month
When you qualify for Leadership Excellence, you will receive an invitation via email that contains a link to register for the event. Please note that the invitation email is separate from the Rank Advancement email.
Note: First-time attendees will have a different registration link than repeat attendees.
When is Leadership Excellence?
Leadership Excellence is held typically twice a year. Each event includes:
- Day 1: An arrival day (it is suggested to arrive no later than 2:00 PM MST to attend evening activities)
- Day 2: A full day of training
- Day 3: A full day of training
- Day 4: A half-day of training and departure day (please do not plan to depart until after 1:00 PM MST)
Next Leadership Excellence event
- July 24-27, 2023 (must have achieved the event and registered no later than July 2, 2023)
Future Leadership Excellence Events (dates subject to change):
- 2024 Leadership Excellence dates are expected to be announced by end of June 2023.
All Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for their own airfare and transportation to and from the event. Plexus® will cover the cost of the hotel room for 3 nights (night of Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3) for first-time attendees only. Repeat attendees will need to secure their own hotel accommodations.
Additionally, Plexus will provide Dinner on Day 1, Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner on Days 2 and 3, and Breakfast on Day 4.
Registration
When you register, you are registering for a specific event date. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your registration (see “How do I cancel my registration?” below for details).
If you are unable to attend the next upcoming Leadership Excellence event, you will be able to register for the following event, up to 18 months from your initial invitation.
How do I register for Leadership Excellence?
When you qualify for Leadership Excellence, you will receive an invitation via email that contains a link to register for the event. Please note that the invitation email is separate from the Rank Advancement email.
Use the link provided in the invitation email to register for the event.
Note: First-time attendees will have a different registration link than repeat attendees.
During the registration process, each Brand Ambassador must provide their booked flight confirmation to confirm attendance.
Note: When you register, you are registering for a specific event date. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your registration (see “How do I cancel my registration?” below for details).
How do I cancel my registration?
If you are no longer able to attend the specific Leadership Excellence event you registered for, you must cancel by the cancellation deadline listed on the registration site.
To cancel your registration:
- Log back in to your registration using your email address and registration confirmation number
- Select the “Unregister” button to complete the cancellation process
Failure to cancel by the deadline may result in a one-night charge (plus taxes and fees) being deducted from your commission check.

No exceptions will be made for this event outside the specified timeframes and dates. This event is for new Jewel Brand Ambassadors who have not yet attended Leadership Excellence.
