Product Subscription Orders
When Account Holders have a Subscription Order, it means their selected products are shipped automatically each month. Account holders can have multiple subscription orders. You can change your Subscription at any time in My Account
Items Not Eligible for Subscription
These items are not eligible for Subscription Order:
- NFR (Not For Resale) products for International markets
- Limited Time (limited time offer products can be added as a one-time subscription order, view article Product Subscription: One-Time Order) or Promotional items
- Sampling System items (Trial Packs are eligible for Subscription orders, as long as they are not ordered through the Sampling System.)
Editing Your Product Subscription
Account Holders can update the shipping date, address, method, and payment info in Plexus My Account.
To make sure your changes take effect before your next shipment, keep in mind:
- An Order CANNOT be CANCELLED OR CHANGED ON THE DAY OF PROCESSING.
- Changes to your Subscription MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST TWO (2) BUSINESS DAY PRIOR to the next processing date of your Subscription.
- Changes completed after 11:59 PM EST will take effect the following day.
- Decreasing products from your Subscription may cause you to lose your Perks Credits if you fall below 100PV.
- In the label address lines 1 – 3: there is a 30-character limit, including spaces and punctuation.
To edit the Subscription, sign into My Account through plexusworldwide.com.
- Hover your mouse over the circle icon with your initials in the upper right section.
- Click Subscription.
- Choose the Subscription you’d like to update and click View Details.
On the Subscription details page, you can edit any of the following fields:

Adding/ Removing Products
*When editing a subscription, you cannot remove all items, you must add items first then remove items you do not want.
To remove a product from your Subscription:

Hover your mouse over the circle icon with your initials in the upper right section. |

Click Subscription. |
4. |
Choose the Subscription you’d like to update and click View Details. |
5. |
Click Remove (located to the right of product you wish to remove). |
To add product to your Subscription order:

Click +Add Product to Subscription above the existing products. From within the View Details section of the subscription |

Find your desired product. |
3. |
Scroll your mouse over the product, select the quantity you want, and click Add. |
4. |
Click save changes. |
5. |
You should see that the product was added to your Subscription. |
Skip a Month
To add Skip a Month Feature follow these steps:

3. | Click Change Date |
4. | Choose a date that works best for your schedule. Or Skip a Month |
5. | Click Save and Continue |
Note: Dates cannot be pushed out further than 90 days. |
