Definition: Back-Up vs. Always-Ship
Brand Ambassadors with a subscription orders have two available shipping settings to give them greater flexibility: "Back-Up" (Shown as "Conditional" in My Account) or "Always-Ship" (shown as "Unconditional"). By changing the setting on a subscription order to Conditional or Unconditional, you decide how you want your subscription order to automatically ship.
Back-Up Subscription Order
A subscription order set to Back-Up (Conditional) means:
- The order will only process on the scheduled date if your current PV (Personal Volume) would not have reached the commission qualification amount of 100 PV,
- If you don't reach the 100 PV at least 48 hours before the scheduled run date, the back up subscription order will still run, and
- The Back-Up Order itself contains 100 PV or more (this is required to set it to Conditional).
Always-Ship Subscription Order
A subscription order set to Always-Ship (Unconditional) means:
- The order will be processed every month regardless of the Brand Ambassador's PV.
