Adding a Business Entity
To add a business entity, EIN (Employer Identification Number), or ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) to your account, follow this procedure.

Fill out a Business Entity form (according to your country): Business Entities Form US ENG |

Gather your articles of Incorporation, which are legal documents showing the EIN, business name, and owner. |
| 3. | Email a completed Business Entities Form and Articles of Incorporation, or documents from your state showing the business EIN/ITIN, business name, and the owner name to FAST@plexusworldwide.com |
