Adding a Business Entity

To add a business entity, EIN (Employer Identification Number), or ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) to your account, follow this procedure. 

Step Action
1.

Fill out a Business Entity form (according to your country):

Business Entities Form US ENG
Business Entities Form CAN ENG
Business Entities Form CAN FR
2.

Gather your articles of Incorporation, which are legal documents showing the EIN, business name, and owner.
3. Email a completed Business Entities Form and Articles of Incorporation, or documents from your state showing the business EIN/ITIN, business name, and the owner name to  FAST@plexusworldwide.com
4.

You will be notified once Plexus has finished the process. Once notified:

  1. Log in to your Plexus account and confirm all the information is correct, and
  2. Update any other information as needed (ex. email, physical address, phone number, etc.)
