Placing an Order

If you have an existing Account:

• Under Login, login to your account using your email address and password. (If you do not remember your login information, Contact Us)

If you don't have an Account:

• Under Don't Have an Account, Click Create An Account.
• Fill out the information to create your account and click Save & Continue.

 Select products for your cart:

1. Click on Shop (top left corner).
2. Select desired product(s) and quantity, select either 'one-time purchase' or 'subscription' and then Add to Cart.
3. Once you are satisfied with the order, hover your mouse over the shopping cart (top right corner) and click Checkout.

Verify/Enter address information and apply Promo Code:

1. Verify/Enter your Shipping Address then click Save & Continue.
2. If you have a Promotional Code, enter the code and click Apply. (Make sure you are not adding an Incentive Code to the promo code box)

Choose a Payment Method and checkout:

1. Select Your Payment Method and add your Payment information.
2. Verify the information is correct and click Save & Continue.
3. Review your order carefully. When ready, click Place Order.**

*Important: Please do not rush the order process. Once an order is paid in full, it cannot be cancelled or modified due to Plexus' automated shipping processes. 

• All orders

• For enrollment orders
• Customers can only use Mercado Pago for one time orders
• Split payments of any kind (cannot use product credits or vouchers)

• Canadian NFR orders
• Subscription orders

• Discretionary and Subscription orders
• NFR orders (If the product is paid in full by PayPal)
• PayPal orders will remain in Incomplete status for up to 24 hours and the charge will be posted on your PayPal account. After the transfer has been completed successfully, your order will show as Accepted.

• Most prepaid cards issued by major credit card companies can be used to purchase orders, but not all are guaranteed.

  • For a refund to be processed on an order purchased with a gift card, the account holder MUST keep the card. This is a requirement, for a refund to be processed.
