COVID-19 Update: Customers and Ambassadors should request all shipments to go to a private or home address, NOT a business address. Due to the impact of the Corona Virus, postal carriers are not delivering to most business addresses. If your shipping address is a business location, please update your delivery information. UPS is not currently guaranteeing overnight and 2-day delivery. There may be additional delivery delays due to staffing and other logistical changes made by our carriers. Please allow up to 10-14 days for ground or economy shipping.
Note that potential service disruptions may not affect FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, FedEx Office, etc. the same. This may result in different levels of impact as well as cities, states and ZIP Codes serviced best to their ability.

What is the Tool Tip Icon?
Click the icon next to Select a Shipping Method header to view more details on shipping time and cost:
Economy and Ground: Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date the order is placed and payment is complete.
Next Day and 2 Day: Orders placed before 10 AM EST (Monday-Friday) will be shipped out on the same day if payment is complete. (2 Day and Next Day Air shipping methods will not be available for a PO Box address. Only Economy and Ground methods are available for PO Boxes.)
Is there a way to update the shipping once the order has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it can't be cancelled or edited. For help with a recently placed order, Contact Customer Service for further assistance.
Will multiple shipping options be available internationally?

If I order 2 Day Air on a Saturday or Sunday, when should I expect to receive my delivery?
Orders placed with 2 Day Air ship on the first available business day and arrive 2 business days later. An order placed on the weekend would ship on Monday (unless it's a holiday) and be expected to arrive on Wednesday.
What if I would like to ship Plexus products to a different country?
Ambassadors are allowed to order products and then ship them to another country, but please be advised that Plexus® only covers shipping to the purchaser. Plexus® does not cover any loss during transit or customs. If you would like to suggest a country for Plexus to ship, please contact Customer Service and submit your suggestion.
