Updating Your Password
To update your password, please follow the steps in the table below.

Login to your account through plexusworldwide.com. |

Click My Account (hover on the circle icon with your initials in the upper right section). |

Click Edit under My Profile Information. |

Scroll down to Edit Password. |

Type in your current password in the first box. |
| 6. |
Type in your new password in the second box. *Note: Create a new password that has not been used before. Your new password is case sensitive and must have 4-15 characters with an uppercase, lowercase, number, a special character, and no spaces. |
| 7. | Confirm your new password in the third box. |
| 8. |
Click Save and Update. |
Resetting Password
If you have forgotten your password or username, please follow the steps in the table below. (or click here to request help):

Verify your username is the email address associated with your account. |

On the Login page, click Forgot Your Password. |
| 3. |
Enter the email address associated with your account. *Note: Your email is case-sensitive. Please enter your email as it shows on your account. |

An email will be sent to your email address on file with instructions to reset your password. *Note: The link will expire after its first use. |
