Managing Payment Methods
To update your payment method, you will need to log into your account and navigate to the payments tab. If the credit card is attached to a recurring Subscription, the delete button will be unavailable. Hover the cursor over the information icon and this message will appear. "This card is associated to 1 or more subscriptions, please go to My Subscriptions and change the payment type before deleting." The Subscription Order template must be updated with a new credit card to allow the current credit card to be removed.
Important Credit Card Service Reminders
- Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers are required to keep at least one credit card in your account, the system allows a maximum of 2 credit cards to be saved on your account. (When you save two cards on your account, Plexus has the right to automatically process the second card, if the first card does not go through.)
- Only the account holders credit card information can be on their account, using another person’s card is a compliance violation.
- Customer Service may NOT update or add new credit card or bank account information, this is to protect both the account holder’s information and Plexus.
Updating Your Payment Method
To update your payment method, please follow the steps in the table below.

3. | Click on the PAYMENT tab. |

Choose from one of the following 3 options:

Make all desired changes and click Save & Update. |
Updating Your Payment Method that is Attached to your Subscription
To remove the credit card from the account that is attached to your subscription, please choose one of the three choices below.
Option 1: Replacing the Payment Method Attached to Your Subscription with an Existing Card on File
To update your payment method attached to your subscription with a card already on file that is, please follow the steps in the table below.

Click on MY SUBSCRIPTION tab. |

Click View & Edit on the Subscription Order template. |
5. |
Click on the drop-down option to select a different credit card on file and save the template. |

Return to the PAYMENT tab and delete the undesired credit card. |
Option 2: Replacing the Payment Method Attached to Your Subscription with a Card not of File
To update your payment method attached to your subscription with a new card on file, please follow the steps in the table below.

Click on the PAYMENT tab. |
4. | Click on the Credit Card button, under Add Payment Method. Fill in the required information fields. *For the credit card number, do not use special characters, spaces, or dashes. |
5. | Select SAVE & UPDATE button at the bottom. |
Option 3: Canceling the Subscription to Delete the Payment Method Attached to the Subscription
To cancel the Subscription Template completely to allow you to remove the card attached to the subscription, please follow the steps in the table below.

Select View & Edit on the Subscription Order template. |
4. |
Select Cancel Subscription at the bottom. |

Return to the PAYMENT tab and delete the undesired credit card. |
