Login to your account through plexusworldwide.com.
2. Click My Account (hover on the circle icon with your name in the upper right section).

In the Virtual Office section, click Plexus Merch

 

 

Refund Policy

Eligible items for return/exchange/refund:

  • Items must be in original condition.
  • Items that have not been washed or worn.

Items are not eligible for return/exchange/refund:

  • Items purchased and delivered more than 30 days prior.
  • Items that have been washed or worn.
  • Custom / personalized items, such as business cards and brochures.
  • All items are subject to inspection approval upon return to the Plexus Merch Store.
  • Last Chance (Clearance) Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Drinkware

How to make a return

  1. Inspect all items as soon as possible.
  2. Email service@plexusmerch.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  3. Subject line: Return - Order number
  4. In your email, include the following:
    • Name of the item(s) you would like to return
    • Reason for return
  5. Please include pictures of the damage in your return package to expedite the return.

Please note: We will not accept returns without prior authorizations. Therefore, if you need to return your order, please contact us for confirmation before returning any items.
