My Account
This article provides a tour and overview of My Account at Plexusworldwide.com. Brand Ambassadors and customers can use My Account to shop in the Plexus Store and manage their personal profile information. The following are screenshots and introductions to the features of My Account.
Address Book Page
The Address Book page allows users to view, add, or edit their saved addresses. Users must always have a Main (Primary) and Mail (Mailing) address on file.
The Address Book will:
- Automatically save the first address used during checkout as both the Main and Mail address,
- Mark the first saved address as both Primary and Mailing, and
- Allow a user to add a second address, which they can mark as Primary or Mailing.
Add New Address
The address book allows users to add an unlimited number of addresses. Users can:
- give each address a custom label, such as “Grandma’s House”
- choose if they want a new address to become their Primary or Mailing address (this will overwrite the previously selected primary/mailing address and save the new one as primary/mailing.
Here's what the process of adding a new address looks like:

A list of active Subscriptions displays. The user may:

3. | Now that the address is added, if one or more subscriptions were selected, a link will display to view the Subscriptions. The link redirects to the Subscription page. |
Edit an Address
A user can edit any address in the Address Book by clicking on the Edit link. Here's what happens when users Edit an existing address:

A screen displays allowing the user to make changes. Note on updating the Country field: If the address is linked to an existing subscription, the country cannot be edited on the address. The user must update the address on the subscription in order to modify the country for that address. |

Delete an Address
Users can delete an address from the Address Book as long as:
- The address is not set as Primary or Mailing, and
- Is not linked to any subscriptions.
Deleting an address looks like:

A confirmation screen displays to confirm the action. Click Delete again to confirm and delete the address. Note on updating the Country field: If the address is linked to an existing subscription, the country cannot be edited on the address. The user must update the address on the subscription in order to modify the country for that address. |

The Delete link on the address will display as "Cannot delete". If shown, the system won't allow the address to be deleted due to the reasons above. Before this address can be deleted, the user must:

My Subscriptions Page
The My Subscriptions page allows users to make changes to their subscriptions. A list of subscriptions is displayed and individual subscriptions can be expanded to allow changes.
Here's what users can do when they expand a subscription:

A new section expands, which allows the user to select a different saved address to ship the subscription (within the same country). |

They can create a new address. Once a newly created address is saved it will display in the list. If Cancel is clicked instead of Save during address creation, that address will still be saved in the Address Book but will not be saved to that subscription. |

Expired Credit Cards will display an error message in the collapsed view indicating the user needs to update their card. |

When updating an existing card on file from the Subscription page, the user must re-enter the card number. |
