1099 Information for US Brand Ambassadors

1099 Information 

• In compliance with U.S. Treasury regulations, Plexus Worldwide is required to issue Form 1099-NEC and report to the IRS any non-employee (including Brand Ambassadors) earnings that total more than $600 for the year (including commissions, gifts, prizes and awards).
• Those who earned less than $600 for the year will NOT receive a 1099. Plexus advises that Brand Ambassadors contact a tax professional for any tax related questions they may have.

1099 Distribution

This year we will be distributing 1099s through Plexus Pay.  You can access your 1099 by:

Email - You will receive a secure email from Plexus Pay, click on the ‘Tax Form” link in the email.  When doing so it will open up a pdf screen and will request password.  The password is the 4 digit year of your birth.  After entering the year of your birth you will see the downloadable version of the 1099.

Plexus Pay Account - Log into Plexus Pay then go to 'My Account.’ Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on the 'Commission Report' section, and select the tax year you would like to view. There will be a downloadable 1099 there.

Please note 1099-NEC forms are only available electronically unless a physical copy is requested. To request a physical copy of your 1099 be mailed to you please contact Plexus Pay.
