Plexus Perks is a program that rewards consistency for Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers in the US, Canada, and Australia. Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers start earning Perk Credits on their first initial order over 100PV that includes the Plexus Annual Membership fee, and first qualifying subscription order over 100 PV. These Credits can then be redeemed for free products. Once redeemed, the free products will ship to them in their next subscription. They will receive additional Perk Credits for each subsequent qualifying subscription. In one month, an account holder can earn up to 200 Perk Credits from subscription orders, excluding first initial order over 100PV including Plexus Annual Membership, or other promotions.
Note: Perk Credits are not transferable and do not have any associated PV.
Earning Perk Credits
Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers earn Perk Credits on the following:
- First initial order over 100 PV that includes the Plexus Annual Membership fee
- Any qualifying subscription order over 100PV
If you delay your subscription or have a condition subscription order, perk credits will not be lost as long as the subscription remains on and over 100PV. Perk credits will not be earned until the subscription actually processes.
The qualifying PV may be divided between two or more subscription orders in the same month. The Perks Credits will populate once the second subscription has run, and the qualifying PV has been achieved.

Perk Tiers
Every Brand Ambassador and VIP Customer falls into a “tier” of earned Perk Credits based on how much PV their subscription(s) total. Please see the tables below for the “tiers”.

Redeemable Products
Eligible products will vary by market. While there are some restrictions on combos and some individual products, most individual products are available if they are normally offered in that market. Product combos or parts of combos are not eligible.
If you need to make changes to the Perk Credits subscription order after Perk Credits have been redeemed, click view details, remove from perk item from order and make desired changes. The removed perk credits will reflect on balance.
Redeeming Perk Credits
To redeem your Plexus Perk Credits, the system needs at least 48 hours before the subscription order processing for the updates to take effect.
To redeem Perk Credits, please follow the steps in the table below.

Once you redeem your Plexus Perk Credits for a free product, the redeemed item is automatically added to your next processing Subscription Order. If you adjust the Subscription Order after your Plexus Perks redeemed item has been added, the redeemed item will automatically be moved to your following/next available Monthly Subscription Order. To avoid this change, please make all updates or changes to your Subscription Order before redeeming your Plexus Perk Credits.
Note: There are no restrictions on how many Perk Credits can be redeemed at one time.
Shipping and Tax on Perk Credit Redemptions
Similar to coupons or discounts, redeemed perk products will reduce your out-of-pocket cost but, will still be considered taxable at the retail rate. Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers will be responsible for any associated shipping and handling charges for redeemed perk products.
Plexus Product Store Pick Up
If you have already redeemed the product and it is on your processing subscription order, you can pick up your redemption when picking up your subscription order in the Plexus Product Store.
Perk Credit Expiration and Forfeiture
Perk Credits can expire or be forfeited if:
- A subscription is turned off, those credits earned will be lost (You must set up a qualifying subscription within 3 days to keep your credits),
- A subscription drops below 100 PV those credits earned will be lost (You must set up a qualifying subscription within 3 days to keep your credits), or
- They are not used 12 months after the perks are earned (For example, if you earn 100 Perk Credits in May 2020 and then 100 in June 2020, you would lose the 100 May Perk Credits on May 1st 2021 and then the 100 June Perk Credits on June 1st 2021 if not used by then).
Perk Credits cannot be lost if: You convert from a Brand Ambassador to a VIP Customer. The same Perk Credit Expiration and Forfeiture rules apply to both Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers.
Removal of Redemption
Your Perks Credits will be returned to your total if you remove the redeemed product. It may take a few minutes to see the Credits returned to your account.
Refunds
If a refund is processed on the subscription order, the perk credits will be deducted based off the order PV and refund request.
Once a product has been redeemed with Plexus Perk Credits, the product is no longer eligible for a refund.
