What do Plexus Perk Credits do?
Plexus Perk Credits are redeemable for free products.
How do I earn Plexus Perk Credits?
Ambassadors start earning Perk Credits on their Welcome Pack and/or first qualifying subscription. These Credits can then be redeemed for free products. Once redeemed, the free products will ship to them in their next subscription. They will receive additional Perk Credits for each subsequent qualifying subscription. Note: Perk Credits are awarded when the subscription order has successfully processed.
$99 Welcome Pack = 250 Perk Credits
$199 Welcome Pack = 250 Perk Credits
100 PV = 100 Perk Credits
150 PV = 150 Perk Credits
200+ PV = 200 Perk Credits
How do I track/redeem Plexus Perk Credits
Perk Credits can be redeemed through the Perks Portal in the My Account area of the Virtual Office under “Redeem”
- Access the main menu from the Plexus Worldwide web page
- Select “My Account” from the Menu Bar
- Select “Perks” which takes you to your Plexus Perks Portal
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I redeem Perk Credits for any product?
While there are restrictions on combos and some individual products, most products are available at various Credit levels. Most individual products are available if they are normally offered in that market.
How do I receive products that I’ve redeemed?
Once you’ve selected which Perk product you want, it will be shipped to you in your next subscription.
Do the products that I’ve redeemed have PV?
No. Products redeemed through Plexus Perks do not have any associated PV.
Do Perk Credits expire?
Yes, 12 months after they are earned credits will expire if not used. For example, if I earn 100 Perk Credits in May 2020 and then 100 in June 2020, I will lose the 100 May Perk Credits on May 1st 2021 and then the 100 June Perk Credits on June 1st 2021 if not used by then.
If my subscription is turned off or if my subscription drops below 100 PV, what happens to my earned credits?
All credits earned, will be lost. You must set up a qualifying subscription within 3 days to keep your credits.
If a Subscription is delayed, will I lose my perk points?
No, perk points will not be lost as long as the subscription remains on & over 100PV. Perk Points will not be earned until the subscription actually processes.
What if I have my subscription set up as Conditional and it doesn't process systematically for the month?
You will not earn any Perk Credits and you will not lose any earned credits due to having a qualifying subscription in place.
How many credits can I earn in a single month?
In one month, an account holder can earn up to 200 Perk Credits, excluding Welcome Pack purchases. The maximum amount earned per month is 200 Perk Credits
If my subscription and Welcome Pack orders process in the same month, will I earn Perk Credits for both?
Yes. If both a subscription order and a Welcome Pack order process in the same month, you will receive the Perk Credits for each order.
What happens to my Perk Credits, if a refund is processed on the subscription order?
Credits will be deducted based off the order PV and refund request.
Is there a limit to how many Perks Credits can be redeemed at one time?
No. there are no restrictions on how many Perk Credits can be redeemed at one time.
Is there a limit to how many Perk Credits can be earned over time?
There is no limit to how many Perk Credits can be earned over time.
After the subscription/ Welcome Pack has processed, when will the credits display?
Credits will reflect in your Perks Portal after the payment has fully processed.
Am I eligible for Plexus Perks if my Subscription is set to the Product Store?
Yes. Your points will reflect in your Perks Portal when your subscription order is paid for. If you’re redeeming the product in your subscription, you can pick it up when picking up your subscription order in the store.
Is Plexus Perks available in New Zealand?
Plexus Perks are not available in New Zealand.
Are all Plexus products available for redemption?
Eligible products will vary by market. While there are some exceptions, most individual products are available if they are normally offered in that market.
Can the qualifying PV be divided between two or more subscription orders in the same month to earn Perks Credits?
Yes, the Perks Credits will populate once the second subscription has run and the qualifying PV has been achieved.
I removed a Perks Product from my order and my Perks Credits didn't return to my total. What happened?
Your Perks Credits will be returned to your total if you remove the redeemed product. It may take a few minutes to see the Credits returned to your account.
Am I responsible for any associated tax, shipping and handling charges for redeemed Perks Products?
Yes, ambassadors will be responsible for any associated tax, shipping, and handling charges.
Does my Subscription Order need to be over 100PV to redeem Perks Products?
You do not have to have an active 100 PV Subscription in order to redeem Perks Products. However, if you do not have an active 100 PV Subscription, you will lose your Perks Credits within 3 days. Make sure you have at least 100 PV in your Subscription so you do not lose your Perks Credits
