What is Plexus Perks?
Plexus Perks is a program that rewards consistency for Ambassadors. To find your Perks Portal, go to My Account then click on Perks.

What do Plexus Perk Credits do?
Plexus Perk Credits are redeemable for free products.
How do I earn Plexus Perk Credits?
Ambassadors start earning Perk Credits on their Welcome Pack and/or first qualifying subscription. These Credits can then be redeemed for free products. Once redeemed, the free products will ship to them in their next subscription. They will receive additional Perk Credits for each subsequent qualifying subscription. Note: Perk Credits are awarded when the subscription order has successfully processed.

$199 Welcome Pack = 250 Perk Credits
Every Ambassador falls into a “tier” of earned Perk Credits based on how much PV their subscription(s) total. The “tiers” are as follows:

How do I track/redeem Plexus Perk Credits
Perk Credits can be redeemed through the Perks Portal in the My Account area of the Virtual Office under “Redeem”
- Access the main menu from the Plexus Worldwide web page
- Select “My Account” from the Menu Bar
- Select “Perks” which takes you to your Plexus Perks Portal
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I be required to pay taxes on products I redeem using Plexus Perks?
Yes, similar to coupons or discounts, redeemed perk products will reduce your out of pocket cost but, will still be considered taxable at the retail rate.
How much time does the system need to process a redeemed perk product in the same month?
To redeem your Plexus Perk Credits, the system needs at least 24 hours prior to the subscription order processing for the updates to take effect. If an issue occurs where the redeemed product did not ship out, view the section labeled Adjust Perks Credits for Exceptions. If an issue occurs where the redeemed product did not ship out, the product will be shipped out the following month with the subscription order that is set to process.
Can I redeem Perk Credits for any product?
While there are restrictions on combos and some individual products, most products are available at various Credit levels. Most individual products are available if they are normally offered in that market.
How do I receive products that I’ve redeemed?
Once you’ve selected which Perk product you want, it will be shipped to you in your next subscription.
Do the products that I’ve redeemed have PV?
No. Products redeemed through Plexus Perks do not have any associated PV.
Do Perk Credits expire?
Yes, 12 months after they are earned credits will expire if not used. For example, if I earn 100 Perk Credits in May 2020 and then 100 in June 2020, I will lose the 100 May Perk Credits on May 1st 2021 and then the 100 June Perk Credits on June 1st 2021 if not used by then.
If my subscription is turned off or if my subscription drops below 100 PV, what happens to my earned credits?
All credits earned, will be lost. You must set up a qualifying subscription within 3 days to keep your credits.
If a Subscription is delayed, will I lose my perk points?
No, perk points will not be lost as long as the subscription remains on & over 100PV. Perk Points will not be earned until the subscription actually processes.
What if I have my subscription set up as Conditional and it doesn't process systematically for the month?
You will not earn any Perk Credits and you will not lose any earned credits due to having a qualifying subscription in place.
How many credits can I earn in a single month?
In one month, an account holder can earn up to 200 Perk Credits, excluding Welcome Pack purchases. The maximum amount earned per month is 200 Perk Credits
If my subscription and Welcome Pack orders process in the same month, will I earn Perk Credits for both?
Yes. If both a subscription order and a Welcome Pack order process in the same month, you will receive the Perk Credits for each order.
What happens to my Perk Credits, if a refund is processed on the subscription order?
Credits will be deducted based off the order PV and refund request.
What if I am unsatisfied with my Plexus Perk redeemed item? Am I able to request a refund or have my Plexus Perks Credits reinstated back to my account?
No, once a product has been redeemed with Plexus Perk Credits the product is no longer eligible for a refund.
Is there a limit to how many Perks Credits can be redeemed at one time?
No. there are no restrictions on how many Perk Credits can be redeemed at one time.
Is there a limit to how many Perk Credits can be earned over time?
There is no limit to how many Perk Credits can be earned over time.
After the subscription/ Welcome Pack has processed, when will the credits display?
Credits will reflect in your Perks Portal after the payment has fully processed.
Am I eligible for Plexus Perks if my Subscription is set to the Product Store?
Yes. Your points will reflect in your Perks Portal when your subscription order is paid for. If you’re redeeming the product in your subscription, you can pick it up when picking up your subscription order in the store.
Is Plexus Perks available in New Zealand?
Plexus Perks are not available in New Zealand.
Are all Plexus products available for redemption?
Eligible products will vary by market. While there are some exceptions, most individual products are available if they are normally offered in that market.
Can the qualifying PV be divided between two or more subscription orders in the same month to earn Perks Credits?
Yes, the Perks Credits will populate once the second subscription has run and the qualifying PV has been achieved.
I removed a Perks Product from my order and my Perks Credits didn't return to my total. What happened?
Your Perks Credits will be returned to your total if you remove the redeemed product. It may take a few minutes to see the Credits returned to your account.
Am I responsible for any associated tax, shipping and handling charges for redeemed Perks Products?
Yes, ambassadors will be responsible for any associated tax, shipping, and handling charges.
Does my Subscription Order need to be over 100PV to redeem Perks Products?
You do not have to have an active 100 PV Subscription in order to redeem Perks Products. However, if you do not have an active 100 PV Subscription, you will lose your Perks Credits within 3 days. Make sure you have at least 100 PV in your Subscription so you do not lose your Perks Credits.
Virtual Office Plexus Perks Report
This section provides a walkthrough and breakdown of the Plexus Perks report located in Virtual Office.
This report is available to USA, CAN, AUS, Ambassadors and will display Ambassadors who have made a change to their PV which results in lowering their Perk Credits. This report does not show all Ambassadors who are earning credits. The report is available as the first menu option under the My Business section. View in Virtual office: Go to My Dashboard > My Business > Perks Report (see screenshot below).
The report will default to Ambassadors whose Perk Credits will forfeit today or have already forfeited by making a change on their subscription in the last 40 days on 7 Paid Levels.
Day Range for Recent Changes
Use "Changes Occurred in the Last" to view any changes that caused a drop in Perks Credits for a specific range of days. Options include: 1-10 days, 20 days, 30 days, 40 days, or 90 days.
Paid Level Range
Use "Paid Level Minimum" and "Paid Level Maximum" to view changes by paid level.
For Example, if the Ambassador selects 1 for the Paid Level Minimum and 3 for Paid Level Maximum, they will see Paid Levels 1-3 in their downline.
If the Ambassador selects 1 for the Paid Level Minimum and 1 for Paid Level Maximum, they will only see Ambassadors on their first paid level.
The above example would display Paid Levels 2-4
Use "Days to Expiration" to view the number of days left before a downline Ambassador's Perk Credits are forfeited (This means that the downline Ambassador has modified their subscription in a way that drops the PV below 100 PV).
An Ambassador that has dropped below 100 PV has 3 days to bring their PV back up to 100 or more on their Subscription or they will lose all their Perk Credits. For Ambassadors whose credits will expire TODAY, days to forfeiture will display Today rather than “0.” For Ambassadors whose credits have already expired, days to forfeiture will display "Forfeited" rather than “0.”
Definitions of Days to Expiration:
0 Days (Coming Soon): The Perk Credits will be forfeited by 11:00 pm Central on the day the report is viewed.
1 Day: The Perk Credits will be forfeited one day from the time the report is viewed.
2: Days: The Perk Credits will be forfeited two days from the time the report is viewed.
3: Days: The Perk Credits will be forfeited three days from the time the report is viewed.
Perk Tiers for Ambassadors
Every Ambassador falls into a “tier” of earned Perk Credits based on the total PV of their subscription(s). The tiers are as follows:

Each of the above PV amount ranges have a selectable button to filter the report to only see those Ambassadors. In the below image:

21 Ambassadors are earning 150 Perk Credits
0 Ambassadors are earning 200 Perk Credits
The report will be filtered to only see the 21 Ambassadors in the middle “tier”
Ambassadors at Risk of Perk Forfeiture
An Ambassador must be earning 100 PV or more to receive Perks Credits. These filters will display Ambassadors who have the following:
- Active Subscription(s) worth 1-99 PV, resulting in no earning of Perk Credits.
- No Active Subscription, resulting in no earning of Perk Credits.

3 Ambassadors have Active subscriptions worth 1-99 PV.
6 Ambassadors recently Cancelled/Deleted their subscription (in this case, in the last 3 days since that was filtered).
The Data Table looks and functions very similar to the other Virtual Office reports. It features a drill down option for each Ambassador. The report includes the following column data points:
- Name: Ambassador Name.
- Paid Level: Paid level of the Ambassador.
- Date of Change: The date the Ambassador made a change on their Subscription(s) resulting in a lowered PV value.
- Previous PV: The amount of PV the Ambassador's Subscription(s) was worth prior to the date in the previous column.
- Current PV: The amount of PV the Ambassador's Subscription(s) is worth at the time the report is viewed. This will be lower than the current PV to alert the Sponsor this person will lose their Perk Credits.
- Total Perk Credits: The total credits that the Ambassador has at the time the report is viewed. Days to Forfeiture: How many days the Ambassador has left until they lose all their Perk Credits. See Expirations/Forfeiture Days section.
- NOTE: N/A shows for Ambassadors who modified their subscription but are not at risk of forfeiting Perk credits (E.G. dropping to a lower tier of earning Perk credits).
- Email: The Ambassador's email.
- Phone: The Ambassador's phone number.
