What is Plexus Perks?
Plexus Perks is a program that rewards consistency for Ambassadors.
Who can Participate?
Plexus Perks is available to Ambassadors with a subscription of 100 PV or more. It will be expanded to our other markets in the near future.
What do Plexus Perk Credits do?
Plexus Perk Credits are redeemable for rewards. US ambassadors will be able to start redeeming their Credits in January. Canadian and Australian Ambassadors will be able to redeem their credits soon after. Stay tuned for more information.
How do I redeem my Perk Credits?
Once Plexus Perks goes live on November 4, 2019, you will have access to your Perks Portal. The Plexus Perks Portal is located in the My Account section of the Virtual Office. This portal shows the Ambassador how many Perk Credits they have, how many they need for the next tier of products and other valuable information. This is also where they can redeem products to their next subscription and apply Perk Credits. The subscription tab in the Virtual Office will also alert the Ambassador when they have Perk Credits that are expiring. If a subscription is turned off or dropped below 100 PV a warning message will notify them that they will lose their Perk Credits.
How do I earn Plexus Perk Credits?
Starting on the Welcome Pack and/or first qualifying subscription, Ambassadors are awarded Perk Credits that they can redeem for products. These products are then shipped to them in their following months' subscription. They will receive additional Perk Credits for each subsequent qualifying subscription. Note: Perk Credits are awarded when the subscription order has processed
$99 Welcome Pack = 250 Perk Credits
$199 Welcome Pack = 250 Perk Credits
100 PV = 100 Perk Credits
150 PV = 150 Perk Credits
200+ PV = 200 Perk Credits
For example: If I enroll and set up a 100 PV subscription, the following month I will earn 100 Perk Credits that I can apply to suggested “add on” products in my next subscription. The following month I will receive an additional 100 Perk Credits if I still have that qualifying subscription in place.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can International Ambassadors earn Plexus Perks?
Yes. International Ambassadors won’t be able to view or redeem their Plexus Perk credits until the program officially launches in their market, however, they will begin earning credits on November 1st, 2019.
Can International Ambassadors earn the October Plexus Perks incentive?
Yes. Although they can’t yet redeem the points, if they qualify for Plexus BONUS Perks Incentive - October 2019, they will earn the 100 bonus credits.
Do Perk Credits expire?
Yes, 12 months after they are earned credits will expire. Example, if I earn 100 Perk Credits in May 2020 and then 100 in June 2020, I will lose the 100 May Perk Credits in May 2021 and then the 100 June Perk Credits in June 2021 if not used by then.
If my subscription is turned off, what happens to my earned credits?
All credits earned, will be lost. You must set up a qualifying subscription within 3 days to keep your credits.
What if I have my subscription set up as Conditional and it doesn't process systematically for the month?
You will not earn any Perk Credits and you will not lose any earned credits due to having a qualifying subscription in place.
How many credits can I earn in a single month?
In one month, an account holder can earn up to 200 Perk Credits, excluding Welcome Pack purchases.
If my subscription and Welcome Pack orders process in the same month, will I earn Perk Credits for both?
Yes. If both a subscription order and a Welcome Pack order process in the same month, you will receive the Perk Credits for each order.
What happens to my Perk Credits, if a refund is processed on the subscription order?
Credits will be deducted based off the order PV and refund request.
Is there a limit to how many Perk Credits can be earned over time?
After the subscription/ Welcome Pack has processed, when will the credits display?
Credits will reflect in your Perks Portal, after the payment has fully processed.
