If you are unsatisfied with a product, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return your order for a full refund (less shipping and a $6 return shipping fee). This includes the Annual Membership Fee for Brand Ambassadors/VIP Customers.
**All requests must be made within 60 days of the product purchase and are limited to one refund request per product.
Limitations
Both Brand Ambassadors and customers are limited to one refund request per product.
Example: If 2 bottles of Bio Cleanse were ordered September 1st and again on October 1st, and the refund is requested for both orders at the same time within 60 days of the first order, the refund may include 4 bottles of Bio Cleanse.
Exceptions
- Some promotional items are not covered by this guarantee and are non-refundable.
- Orders accidentally requested for customer pick-up at the Product Store in Scottsdale, Arizona (orders must be refunded and a new order must be created for shipment).
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund by:
- The fastest way to request a refund is by completing and submitting an online Request Refund Form
- Contacting Plexus Customer Service.
- Contact your Brand Ambassador if the product was purchased directly from a Brand Ambassador (the Brand Ambassador issues the refund).
Note: You will not receive a refund for the initial shipping charge and a fee of:

Refund to Original Method of Payment
All returns must be refunded to the original method of payment per Financial Institution Regulations. You will receive the refund within 5-7 business days from the date the package is scanned into UPS possession.
If your original method of payment is no longer active, contact your card issuer or financial institution directly to verify how your refund will be applied, and if they need additional time to apply the funds to your account.
Exceptions: No exceptions will be made.
